At checkout we request name, ship to address, telephone number, e-mail address which is processed and managed by Pure Home Couture. The credit card information is processed and managed by PAYPAL or SHOPIFY PAYMENTS to complete the transaction. This information is both secure and private. Your information will not be shared with any outside agencies.

Shipping Policy 

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

All charges for product, shipping fees and HST are in Canadian Dollars. The applicable HST tax due for each province will be added to your order value which includes the product amount and shipping charge. All orders shipped via Expedited Shipping/Canada Post.
No Minimum Order. 
Your order will be shipped within 10 days from date of order. Northern Region and non-major urban centres can expect shipments within 14 days. 

Free shipping in Ontario for orders over $100 (subtotal). 

Free shipping to rest of Canada on orders over $150 (subtotal).

All orders shipped via Expedited Canada Post/United States Postal Service.

Pure Guarantee

We want you to be excited about your purchases however if you would like to return an item(s) please email us at info@purehomecouture.com to obtain return authorization within 10 days of receipt.
We cannot accept any products that have been opened and used. 
If a product you ordered is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail. Your response will have two options as follows:

1. Receive your order minus the out of stock item and receive refund for missing item. (E-Transfer Refund)
2. Receive your order and accept backorder at later date.
